With more than 30 years of experience across the energy, public sector, and professional services industries, including serving as Head of Internal Audit in the energy sector. Mark combines technical mastery with sound professional judgment. He has led complex investigations and whistleblower responses, supporting audit committees, executives, and management in uncovering root causes, strengthening governance, and restoring confidence. 

His international experience across 12 jurisdictions including the United States, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Colombia provides a global perspective that sharpens his approach to audit methodology, risk assessment, and control evaluation. The result is a consistent standard of quality that is evidence-based, principled, and precise.
